Remote Backend Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, offering flexibility for developers at any experience level.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
