Remote Backend Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking remote Backend Developers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to help improve the model’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
