Remote Android Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking Android developers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, allowing flexible hours up to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
