Recruitment Analyst (BES/PEX)

About the role

Bacardi is looking for a motivated Recruitment Analyst to support its consumer‑focused hiring initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process while promoting the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review recruitment requisitions from hiring managers and HR.
• Post job ads on internal platforms, LinkedIn and external job boards.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews and assessments, and share candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Inform unsuccessful candidates professionally and support reference checks.
• Prepare and confirm offer documentation, send welcome communications to new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
• Assist hiring managers and HR in following established recruitment processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate on knowledge sharing, trainings and HR projects.

Required profile

• Technical degree or current studies in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Labour Relations or related fields.
• Good English and Portuguese or French communication skills (B2‑C1 level).
• Approximately 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR or related internships.
• Strong attention to detail, customer‑service orientation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established processes and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• MS Office (basic to intermediate proficiency).
