Project Coordinator – Large Customer Projects

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead moderately complex, large‑scale customer projects with a regional focus. You will act as the main liaison between the client, internal teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful delivery while managing risk and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of large customer projects, handling legal and commercial aspects and medium‑to‑high risk factors.
• Manage project financials (P&L), adhere to approved budgets and provide accurate forecasts.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within ongoing projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with middle‑ and senior‑level client stakeholders.
• Lead a project team of fewer than 20 members, fostering skill development.
• Analyse complex business and system processes and implement closed‑loop feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and engagement teams to align customer needs.
• Define tasks, dependencies and communicate expectations clearly.
• Deliver professional reports and support strategic operational plans.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑7 years of project management experience, preferably within HP Services or similar global projects.
• Advanced degree with 3‑5 years experience is also acceptable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
