About the role
Join CooperSurgical’s production team as a Production Operator, responsible for assembling medical devices in a clean‑room environment. You will work on one or more cells or production lines, ensuring high‑quality output that supports the company’s mission to improve women’s health.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties across designated production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area; clean workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and company behavior policies.
- Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Execute directions from supervisors and undertake additional tasks as required.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Experience operating computerized control equipment.
