Equipment Engineer I

About the role

Apply engineering expertise to improve product quality, customer service and reduce costs by optimizing existing manufacturing equipment and managing new equipment development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support equipment reliability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, validation protocols, CAD models, schematics and BOMs.
• Collect, analyse and interpret equipment data to identify trends, improve uptime and support operational decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Excel or similar tools.
• Participate in problem‑solving teams, root‑cause analysis and project‑management activities to ensure equipment projects meet performance, schedule, quality and cost targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or related engineering field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with experience in internships, co‑ops or manufacturing engineering projects.
