Production Designer

About the role

Beyondsoft is looking for a highly creative Production Designer to join the team on a short‑term basis. This hybrid position (one day onsite in the America Free Zone, Heredia and four days remote) runs for two months, with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with product, marketing and the broader creative team to deliver visually compelling and strategically effective designs for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create merchandising and marketing campaigns that elevate client brands across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define standards for various work requests.
• Promote production best practices and stay updated on technological solutions that improve creative workflows.
• Apply design principles that drive successful outcomes and communicate design rationale clearly to all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines while building trust with team members.
