The Creative Design Consultant IV is a senior individual contributor responsible for developing concepts that align with marketing and business strategies. This role guides the design layout, oversees material production, and ensures brand consistency across various media.

Key responsibilities

• Promote self‑development and share expertise with teammates and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Complete assignments and support business‑specific projects, coordinating resources to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Develop campaign and collateral concepts, organize brainstorming sessions, and present visual proposals for stakeholder approval.
• Determine design layouts, guide material development for print and digital channels, and produce proofs for review.
• Maintain adherence to company brand standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and cost‑effectiveness.
