PMO Strategic Projects Lead

About the role

360training is seeking a PMO Strategic Projects Lead to orchestrate end‑to‑end technology initiatives across its digital ecosystem, including learning management systems, web and content platforms, headless commerce, and product information management. This hybrid position blends portfolio governance, agile program management, and change leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own project intake, prioritization, and approval, aligning each initiative with strategic objectives and measurable business value.
• Apply structured prioritization frameworks such as RICE and weighted scoring to rank competing demands objectively.
• Facilitate portfolio visibility in review boards, steering committees, and quarterly planning ceremonies, driving go/no‑go decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking delivery health, risk, dependencies, capacity, and benefit realization.
• Enforce PMO standards—including charters, stage‑gates, RAID logs, and definition‑of‑done—while keeping governance lightweight.
• Partner with resource managers to align capacity and demand across the portfolio.
• Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and scaled frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.

Required profile

• Proven portfolio management expertise with a hands‑on Agile delivery background.
• Technical fluency across LMS, Drupal, Medusa, Pimcore, and AI concepts.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, facilitation, and communication skills to influence without direct authority.
