Multimedia Designer – Learning Experience (Remote – Costa Rica)

About the role

Varicent is looking for an Instructional Multimedia Designer to join its Education team within Customer Success. You will create engaging visual learning experiences that help customers, partners, and employees master Varicent products.

Key responsibilities

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences, including product demo videos, animations, motion graphics, visual aids, presentations, GIFs, and reusable templates.
• Partner with Technical Education Developers to translate learning objectives, scripts, and technical concepts into effective visual content.
• Apply visual design principles and adult‑learning concepts to improve clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and workflows to accelerate content production while maintaining quality standards.
• Produce and edit video‑based learning content, including screen recordings, annotations, captions, voiceovers, and motion graphics.
• Develop reusable visual systems, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across courses, the Academy platform, and community experiences.
• Support visual branding and user experience within Varicent Academy (Docebo) and related community platforms.

Required profile

• Strong visual design skills with a focus on learning outcomes.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives.
• Experience creating multimedia content for adult learners.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely.

Required skills

• Video editing and production.
• Animation and motion graphics creation.
• Design of visual aids, presentations, and GIFs.
• Use of AI‑enabled content creation tools.
