About the role

The Visual Design Associate role within Prime Video’s Global Shared Services (GSS) is an integral part of a dynamic creative team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the visual standards of Prime Video's extensive content catalogue. This position supports Prime Video’s diverse portfolio, creating digital assets for award‑winning originals, blockbuster films, and a wide range of entertainment content. Working primarily with Adobe Photoshop, the associate executes image corrections and creative modifications while adhering to established design guidelines in a fast‑paced, operationally‑driven production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute image corrections and creative modifications for Prime Video catalogue content
• Perform design tasks including background extension, image resizing, and text placement
• Maintain a consistent visual catalogue across all Prime Video platforms
• Manage production at scale while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Contribute to the team’s goal of delivering exceptional creative assets

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0‑3 years of design experience in a creative agency or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Detail‑oriented individual able to follow established design guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Experience in mass‑creative production projects (preferred)
• Understanding of digital media platforms and requirements (preferred)
