Marketing & Brand Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, branding, and marketing administration for a U.S.-based staffing and recruiting organization. The position is fully remote and based in Costa Rica, focusing on social media, email, website and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and email.
• Create and schedule social media posts, newsletters and website content.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations and recruiting ads using Canva.
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple business divisions and digital assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports and keep marketing calendars up‑to‑date.
• Support recruiting and sales initiatives through targeted marketing activities.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design software.
• Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• CRM systems.
• Email marketing campaign tools.
• Basic video or multimedia content creation.
