Global Practice Area Manager – Technology, Media & Telecom

About the role

As a trusted partner to the Global Practice Managing Director and Practice Area Leader, you will shape how BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice operates worldwide. You will lead the operating rhythm, strategic communications and governance, leveraging AI‑enabled ways of working to improve collaboration and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the operating rhythm of the global Practice Area, coordinating leadership priorities, communications, governance and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the leadership operating cadence, organizing Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team meetings, preparing executive materials and ensuring follow‑up actions.
• Own the global communications strategy and editorial calendar across newsletters, town halls and other channels.
• Lead high‑priority strategic initiatives as PMO, overseeing timelines, milestones, risks and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic operations, communications or program management in a complex, global organization.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability to produce executive‑quality communications for global audiences.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives from planning to execution.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into communications, knowledge management and operational workflows.
