Lead Print Designer

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Lead Print Designer to head the creative and production delivery of print assets across multiple brands, campaigns and regions. The role focuses on packaging, billboards, branding and large‑format design, ensuring high‑quality output and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of print assets, including packaging, billboards, branding and large‑format materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end workflow from concept to final production, ensuring adherence to pre‑press and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across regions to deliver on schedule.
• Implement automation and AI‑assisted tools to optimise design processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain and evolve production workflows, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in print/graphic design with a strong portfolio in packaging, branding, billboards and print production.
• Proven creative leadership and ability to take ownership of projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Solid knowledge of pre‑press, production workflows and quality standards.
• Experience with automation, AI‑assisted design and workflow optimisation.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
