Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Evaluation Role

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous, flexible and project‑based, making it ideal for developers who want to earn while sharpening their analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
