Inbound Sales Associate

About the role

The Inbound Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, chat or social media to promote product registrations and extended warranty plans. The role combines sales expertise with strong customer service to drive revenue and maintain positive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in registering new appliances and building rapport to position sales pitches.
• Identify opportunities to sell extended service plans during conversations.
• Upsell additional service plans for older appliances owned by the customer.
• Explain products and services clearly, handling objections and using rebuttals effectively.
• Document interactions accurately across multiple database systems.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets set by leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a call‑center environment.
• Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent English communication skills for US‑based customers.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
