Senior Customer Service Representative

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join its Shared Service Center in Costa Rica. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, handling invoicing, order management, quotations, and master data throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to external customers and internal collaborators across invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.
• Process and follow up on customer requests in line with division guidelines, collaborating with sales, distribution, and finance teams.
• Become proficient in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure data accuracy.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets while participating in efficiency and productivity initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training materials for new hires and support cross‑training activities as needed.
• Generate and use daily customer service reports to assess requirements and route issues to appropriate departments.
