Generalist Process Operator I

About the role

The Generalist Process Operator I works on the production floor, handling a variety of tasks that keep the facility running smoothly. You will operate mechanical equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support the production of quality products while following strict safety and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned production equipment and technology tools, following established procedures.
• Load and unload bulk materials, handle packaging, terminal operations, and mixing tasks.
• Monitor computerized control systems and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, sit‑down floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
• Adhere to all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and support overall production flow.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
