Operario de Producción I - Turno A

About the role

The Production Operator I (Shift A) works in the manufacturing department of Viant, a global medical device design and manufacturing company. The role involves performing assigned manufacturing tasks according to specifications, policies and standards. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Apply manufacturing procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and departmental instructions.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance and safety practices.
• Meet production expectations and quality standards.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lb, stand and sit for extended periods.
• 0‑2 years of work experience; experience in a regulated medical environment or cleanroom is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret specification sheets.
• Use of measurement instruments and hand tools.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 and CFR 820 requirements.
