Game Tester – Remote, $20/hr

About the role

We are looking for a remote Gameplay Data Capture Specialist to play a variety of top‑tier AAA titles and systematically record gameplay data. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and competitive pay.

Key responsibilities

• Play assigned AAA games and capture gameplay sessions using in‑house recording tools.
• Organise, annotate, and label recorded sessions with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with team leads and fellow testers, providing clear feedback and status updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to recording hardware or software.
• Securely store, catalogue, and transfer data files according to project guidelines.
• Maintain timely written and verbal communication with the remote customer team.

Required profile

• Passion for and experience with AAA games, with access to the titles required for each project.
• Strong gameplay proficiency and ability to follow detailed capture instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well‑equipped PC capable of running and recording high‑end AAA games without performance loss.
