Finance Manager – OneHUB Costa Rica

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Finance Manager to support the OneHUB Costa Rica site. The role will drive financial planning, analysis, and compliance while supervising concierge finance services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional finance support to the OneHUB Business Services Director and team.
• Lead planning processes (Plan, Update, LBE, LRP) to meet corporate timelines.
• Conduct financial analysis for capital projects, new products, and process improvements.
• Represent OneHUB Costa Rica finance in departmental meetings, audits, and shop‑floor visits.
• Execute month‑end close, support internal & external audits, and prepare the PROCOMER annual operations report.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Supervise concierge activities of the receptionist, overseeing Concur Travel & Expense, corporate credit‑card, procure‑to‑pay, and electronic invoicing processes.
• Manage fixed assets & leases accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure SOX control compliance and coordinate financial audit efforts.
• Act as site representative for tax projects and guarantee compliance with corporate, legal, fiscal, and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management, accounting, and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit processes, and tax compliance.
• Ability to supervise staff and optimize finance‑related concierge services.
• Excellent analytical skills for capital‑project evaluation and performance reporting.
