Collections Specialist – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Collections Senior Specialist processes moderately complex accounts receivable transactions and collects cash due to the organization, supporting timely and accurate fund collection while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the collections process, monitor overdue accounts, and follow up with customers.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquencies, payment trends, and credit risks.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
• Generate timely reports on collections and AR activities for cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Manage key and large accounts, ensuring timely collection based on strategy.
• Follow escalation paths for material past‑due exposures and conduct root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
