Spend Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Spend Senior Financial Analyst will work onsite at an HPE office, providing complex financial analysis and influencing strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex and highly complex financial analysis to support business objectives.
• Consult with business leaders to guide strategic decision‑making and forecast financial results.
• Lead cross‑functional business initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and represent the business unit in regional planning.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or CPA/MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst across multiple finance functions.
• Strong business acumen and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
