Entry Level Software Developer – Remote AI Training

About the role

We are seeking motivated software developers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models. The work is project‑based, asynchronous, and flexible, making it ideal for engineers looking for remote, part‑time opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
