About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional passionate about experiential marketing. The BTL Account Executive will lead projects, coordinate teams, and build strong client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BTL and experiential marketing projects from concept to execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, presenting updates and results.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while working under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in BTL or advertising agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
• Own vehicle and a valid B1 driver’s license.
• Immediate availability and flexible schedule.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using project‑management platforms such as Asana.
