Campaign Operation Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Campaign Operation Specialist to deliver a white‑glove experience for record‑label clients on Spotify paid‑media campaigns. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end campaign implementation, manage communication, and keep clients fully informed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for record‑label clients and internal Spotify teams for HPTO campaigns.
• Coordinate production with internal/external partners, sellers, and clients, overseeing timelines, reviews, and asset delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Manage and coordinate a remote team of 2–4 FTEs across different time zones.
• Oversee campaign implementation, management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide Tech Ops support for LATAM operations, troubleshooting budget, line‑item, creative, trafficking, and delivery issues.
• Centralize, categorize, and report Tech Ops requests to improve visibility and reduce repetitive escalations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing paid‑media campaigns.
• Proven ability to interface with high‑caliber clients and translate their needs to media teams.
• Strong background in QA and troubleshooting of ad assets for platform approvals.
• Experience in production/project management with deep knowledge of ad production processes.
• Ability to organize, categorize, and report operational support requests to identify trends.
