Data Reporting & Analytics Consultant – SQL Server Admin

About the role

The Data Reporting & Analytics Consultant will drive strategic, data‑informed decisions by gathering, preparing, and analyzing data, and by creating automated reporting solutions for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and calculate metrics, develop and validate algorithms, and conduct descriptive, correlational, inferential, and predictive statistical analyses.
• Design, implement, and automate business and BI reporting solutions, including data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Interpret analysis results, create compelling stories and presentations for decision‑makers, and document processes.
• Consult with clients to clarify business needs, develop outcome measures, and support end‑users.
• Gather, validate, merge, and refresh data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Develop analytical and statistical models to generate actionable insights and test/refine them.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent 8 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year in a lead role (with or without direct reports).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL, SQL Server administration, and Python.
• Experience in negotiation, business planning, client engagement, and project management.
