Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ engineers, is hiring a Staffing Solution Architect. You will define the skills clients need for staffing augmentation and help source the right people for their projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage technology assessment and validation processes, and liaise with clients to meet their profile requirements.
• Conduct the final screening and interviewing of candidates to identify the best engineers for each position.
• Take part in client meetings to understand the engineering profiles they need.
• Work across tech stacks such as web (frontend and backend), mobile, QA (manual and automation), DevOps, and data (engineering, science, big data).
• Stay up to date with market trends and technologies you may not have used before.
• Train candidates in a variety of technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to speed up time-to-market while keeping client requests feasible.

Required profile

• 5+ years of work experience.
• Previous experience in the IT industry.
• A proven track record in software development with knowledge of several programming languages and development domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
