Data, Analytics & Insights Specialist

About the role

Join a global customer service team where data drives decisions. As a Data, Analytics & Insights Specialist you will turn insights into action, improving operations and customer experience across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage KPIs, dashboards and reports using Tableau, Salesforce and Palantir.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance standards.
• Deliver insights to support performance and strategy.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for data models and reporting tools.
• Support global standardisation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with IT on system integrations and user‑acceptance testing.
• Promote a data‑driven culture and analytics adoption.

Required profile

• At least 2 years experience in customer service or call‑center environments with training exposure.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global, matrix organisations.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
