Customer Data Platform Consultant – Strategy & Consulting

About the role

Join the Strategy & Consulting practice of the Global Network to help clients transform their marketing, sales and service functions through advanced data management. As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant you will design, build and implement data‑driven solutions that enable high‑performance segmentation, personalization and activation across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' current data management and CDP capabilities.
• Provide recommendations to optimise the existing technology stack and develop use cases.
• Gather business requirements and design a digital marketing data management program.
• Identify data sources, enrich customer profiles and define use cases across the CDP.
• Support implementation of strategies that improve segmentation, personalization and activation.

Required profile

• Experience working as a consulting professional on data‑focused transformation projects.
• Ability to engage with clients, understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and capacity to drive measurable business impact.
