Content Editor – Medical Content

About the role

Roche is seeking a Content Editor to join its growing medical writing team within the Global Digital Hub. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing, editing, and fact‑checking a wide range of medical and healthcare content for digital channels, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and engaging for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and fact‑check medical content across formats such as articles, blog posts, social media, website copy, patient information, HCP education materials, newsletters, study summaries, and PR assets.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with Roche brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and SOPs while being optimized for SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with writers, subject‑matter experts, marketing teams, and business partners to clarify objectives, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development of writers.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across therapeutic areas, monitor workload, anticipate capacity issues, and propose solutions.
• Engage resources through formal and informal networks to meet deadlines and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong editorial experience with a focus on medical or healthcare content.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across diverse content types.
