Confirmation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Confirmation Specialist to join Roadway Movers. In this position you will confirm scheduled moves with clients, verify all job details and act as a communication bridge between customers, Move Coordinators, Sales and Operations to ensure smooth move execution.

Key responsibilities

• Make confirmation calls to clients before their scheduled move dates.
• Verify move details such as date, time, addresses, inventory and special instructions.
• Communicate updates, changes or client concerns promptly to Move Coordinators, Sales and Operations teams.
• Document all client interactions and confirmations accurately in the system.
• Follow up on incomplete or missing information to ensure jobs are ready for dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional phone manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service, scheduling or administrative roles (preferred).
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
• Experience in the moving industry is a plus but not required.
