Logistics Sourcing Associate – Procurement Services

About the role

WNS is looking for a Logistics Sourcing Associate to support indirect procurement activities across North America and LATAM. The role focuses on logistics‑related categories, aiming to generate value through cost optimisation, supplier management and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement for logistics categories in NA and LATAM markets.
• Manage and evaluate suppliers for freight, packaging and warehousing services.
• Analyse cost, service reliability and risk to inform sourcing decisions.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies for multimodal freight, packaging and warehousing operations.
• Track and interpret commodity indices such as resin, steel, fuel, labour and space to guide commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics‑related indirect procurement or sourcing.
• Strong understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, road), packaging types and warehousing services.
• Knowledge of multimodal logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Business acumen with the ability to interpret market and cost drivers.
• Experience supporting NA and LATAM markets is preferred.
