International Logistics Assistant

About the role

The International Logistics Assistant will manage the global distribution process, ensuring orders are confirmed, tracked, and delivered on time. The role involves close collaboration with international partners and provides comprehensive customer service support.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with global partners to monitor and track the distribution process.
• Confirm orders with partners worldwide and follow them through to delivery.
• Provide global customer service via the Flash system, email, and phone.
• Update order statuses in the Flashtrac system.
• Create new orders in Flashtrac as needed.
• Be available for on‑call shifts during nights or weekends, respecting legal limits.
• Support international reverse‑logistics activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent (completed or in progress).
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• English language level at least B2.
• Experience in customer support for service and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of international logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a team.
