Billing Supervisor

About the role

Experian Global Financial Services is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its billing team. You will ensure accurate billing, compliance with policies and regulations, and foster a productive work environment while reporting to the North America Billing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the billing team, ensuring accurate billing services and timely query responses.
• Maintain billing systems and invoice logs with status updates and follow‑up details.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, provide coaching, and address employee relation issues.
• Create reports and indicators to support management decisions and improve process control.
• Maintain comprehensive SOPs and implement training plans for knowledge transfer.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Verify quality of billing processes against internal controls, SOX compliance, and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of billing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronic billing systems.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations relevant to billing and finance.
