Delivery Lead

About the role

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team taking care of client onboarding coordination and project management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and promptly acknowledge onboarding requests from the Front Office (FO).
• Review deal background, transaction details and associated timelines.
• Lead end‑to‑end coordination to facilitate KYC and refresh activities.
• Perform accurate and timely case creation, updates, and tracking on client platforms.
• Manage product fulfilment tasks including gathering documents, query resolution, chasing internal teams and supporting issue resolution.
• Ensure client responses are received in the correct format.
• Proactively follow up with the FO team for outstanding documents and provide regular updates to the KYC operations team.
• Drive timely completion of requests by effective prioritising and coordination with the FO and onshore CDS team.
• Complete trigger refresh by coordinating with the KYC Refresh team.
• Ensure adherence to client procedures, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage case ageing, identify bottlenecks, and proactively manage FO escalations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FO stakeholders, providing transparent and timely case updates.
• Develop and present MIS reports, KYC trackers, operational dashboards and KPI reports.
• Conduct regular governance meetings and service review sessions with key stakeholders.
• Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, and knowledge repositories to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in KYC/AML and investment banking environments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with team‑handling experience.
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML checks and IB product classification (M&A Advisory, ECM/DCM, underwriting, syndicated loan, leveraged finance, etc.).
• Strong project management and inter‑team coordination skills to manage urgency triggers from an IB deal perspective.
• Expertise in information research and data gathering from public, internal sources and market databases.
• Proficiency in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology platforms.

Required skills

• Experience using market databases such as Company House, Factiva, Refinitiv World‑Check, Lexis Nexis, Orbis and LEI Worldwide.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology platforms.
• UK and US regulatory certifications related to KYC/AML.
• Subject‑matter expertise for complex cases involving sanctions exposure, PEP relationships, adverse media and high‑risk jurisdictions.
