FP&A Analyst

About the role

Join Philips as an FP&A Analyst supporting its manufacturing organization through financial planning, investment management, and business performance analysis. You will help drive data‑based decision making by providing financial insights across productivity, capital investments, and plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support business decision‑making through Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and financial insights for key stakeholders within the manufacturing organization.
• Manage and monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, including participation in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and quarterly investment forecasts.
• Partner closely with manufacturing stakeholders on investment and asset‑related topics to support effective financial planning and resource allocation.
• Analyze productivity performance and provide financial recommendations that help improve operational and business results.
• Support plant benefit budgeting activities and collaborate with global team members.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, investment tracking, or related financial processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline.
• Comfortable communicating in English and working with stakeholders across different geographies.
