Art Director

About the role

The Art Director will lead creative development and execution across our product portfolio, turning business goals into world‑class visual designs. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer pain‑points and craft compelling storytelling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end campaign art direction across digital, social, OOH, on‑platform ads, direct mail, collateral, experiential and partnership assets.
• Develop and maintain brand assets, style guides, and design systems for multiple categories.
• Translate data insights into creative concepts and ensure consistent brand standards across all touch points.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders up to VP level and manage creative briefs.
• Collaborate with the creative operations team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Identify emerging design trends and digital innovations to keep the brand fresh.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, either in‑house or agency.
• 3+ years of experience in brand design and art direction.
• Strong visual portfolio demonstrating past work.
• Research‑driven designer who can synthesize complex concepts into simple storytelling.
• High ownership, integrity, critical thinking and a willingness to continuously learn.
