About the role
Latamlex, a leading legal services provider in Costa Rica, is looking for a qualified Accountant to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle and ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and month‑end closing.
- Prepare and file basic tax declarations in accordance with Costa Rican legislation.
- Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records using Excel.
- Utilize SAP for accounting transactions and data management.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑cycle accounting.
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
