Traveler Care Specialist – Luxury Travel Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Traveler Care Specialist who combines a customer‑service mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for international travel. In this fully remote freelance position you will act as the bridge between our travelers and Zicasso’s global network of travel partners, handling inquiries and ensuring exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and process incoming travel inquiries via email, messaging platforms, phone and online channels.
• Analyze lead data to help maximize conversion potential.
• Build trusted relationships with travelers, understand their unique needs and exceed their expectations.
• Contribute to loyalty and repeat bookings of high‑value travelers.
• Work a 5‑day week with rotating weekend shifts and complete an initial 3‑4‑week training program.
