About the role

We are a leading technical recruiting agency focused on placing top engineering talent for technology companies. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to work on a commission‑only basis, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify highly qualified engineering candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present candidates to clients, coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to both parties.
• Negotiate offers and close placements, earning commission based on the candidate’s salary.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and client relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and technology job market changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and place engineering candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; technology industry experience is a plus.
