Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to support multiple branches of a U.S.-based staffing firm. Working remotely from Costa Rica, you will identify qualified talent for a variety of client staffing needs, handling everything from candidate search to initial pre‑screening.

Key responsibilities

• Search job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, social media and other online sources to build pipelines for current and frequently requested positions.
• Contact potential candidates via phone, email, text and recruiting platforms, conducting basic pre‑screening to assess qualifications, experience, availability and interest.
• Submit qualified candidates with resumes, contact details and screening notes to the appropriate recruiting team.
• Collaborate with branch managers and recruiters to understand staffing priorities and adjust sourcing activities accordingly.
• Maintain accurate recruitment administration records and ensure consistent communication with internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong online research and outreach capabilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience using job boards, resume databases and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Basic pre‑screening interview techniques.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
