Partner Success & Operations Support (Remote)

About the role

Kake is seeking a Partner Success and Operations Support professional to keep daily coordination smooth between our partner companies and engineering teams. This remote, hands‑on role focuses on communication, scheduling, and logistics to ensure a positive experience for candidates and partners alike.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews, partner meetings, and other scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Communicate directly with candidates throughout the interview process, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience.
• Track interview processes, feedback, follow‑ups, next steps, and outstanding action items.
• Work closely with Operations, Partner Success, Recruiting, Sales, and other internal teams to keep processes moving.
• Proactively follow up with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information across internal systems and tools.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, and other day‑to‑day blockers.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer success, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a similar people‑focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating meetings and schedules across multiple people and time zones.
• Proactive, self‑directed approach to follow‑up and keeping processes moving.
• Professional, approachable communication style.
• Experience working within remote‑first, distributed teams.
