Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist works under direct supervision to build qualified candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions. Operating remotely, the role collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters to execute market research, passive candidate identification, personalized outreach, and initial qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and channel plans for each requisition.
• Construct Boolean search strings and generate candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct market research and identify passive talent across e‑commerce, marketplace, supply‑chain and high‑growth tech sectors.
• Deliver screened shortlists to Recruiters and maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS.
• Track reply rates, pass‑through, and pipeline coverage, adjusting tactics based on data‑driven insights.
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and compliance with data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• 2+ years dedicated sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing or talent‑intelligence platform.
• Experience sourcing for e‑commerce, marketplace, digital advertising, or supply‑chain functions is preferred.
• Ability to work a shift overlapping US business hours for same‑day follow‑up.
• Strong written English with a personal outreach style.

• Data‑driven mindset for tracking metrics

What we offer

• Competitive compensation of $2,000‑$3,000 USD per month.
• Fully remote work with a schedule of 9 AM–5 PM PST, Monday‑Friday.
