Senior Sales Transformation & Revenue Operations Lead (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive a high‑impact sales transformation across LATAM. The role will oversee the redesign of sales processes, migration from Salesforce to Zoho CRM, and the implementation of AI‑enabled sales operations to improve pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales transformation covering lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, proposal/RFP processes, and sales governance.
• Own and execute the Salesforce‑to‑Zoho CRM migration, including process redesign, automation, reporting, training, and user adoption.
• Build scalable lead‑generation and account‑prioritization frameworks.
• Develop AI‑powered sales playbooks for lead scoring, forecasting, proposal creation, competitive positioning, and sales effectiveness.
• Conduct RFP win/loss analysis and translate insights into improved sales strategies and operational discipline.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales velocity, and conversion performance.
• Partner directly with executive leadership, including the CEO and CCO, to drive organizational change.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Transformation, CRM Transformation, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record leading Salesforce‑to‑Zoho CRM migrations in complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in pipeline governance, forecasting, KPI management, and sales process engineering.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
