Senior Director, Global Category & Innovation Analytics Intelligence

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director to lead Global Category & Innovation Analytics Intelligence within its Enterprise Intelligence team. This senior leader will guide a worldwide team of analytics experts, delivering actionable intelligence that shapes category strategy, innovation pipelines, and long‑term business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision for category analytics and innovation intelligence aligned with corporate goals.
• Inspire, coach, and manage a high‑performing global analytics team.
• Partner with marketing, innovation, commercial and strategy functions to embed analytics insights into planning processes.
• Oversee monthly business reviews, quarterly deep‑dives, annual planning and multi‑year roadmaps for category performance.
• Present data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and integrate insights into brand strategy.
• Incorporate consumer trends, competitive analysis and innovative marketing ideas into category deliverables.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools and champion data‑centric decision making across the organization.
• Build a global community of practice for category analytics leads, fostering knowledge sharing and best‑practice development.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in analytics, category management or innovation intelligence.
• Strong track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and senior executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business actions.
• Experience in change management and driving adoption of analytics solutions.
