We are seeking a results‑driven Paid Social Campaign Manager to plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid social campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing performance‑based paid social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other major advertising platforms.
• Analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with performance data.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to manage campaigns independently.
• Experience in gaming, rewards, affiliate marketing, or regulated industries is an advantage.
• High level of English is a must.
