Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing, optimizing and analysing customer engagement, retention and reactivation initiatives across multiple channels. Working closely with CRM, BI, Design, Customer Experience and Product teams, the role delivers data‑driven campaigns that support the customer lifecycle and contribute to long‑term value growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns.
• Create conversion journeys for new customers and leads on‑site.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign cycles, from planning through performance tracking and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing Management and Customer Experience to align with overall strategy.
• Coordinate with Design to produce banners, pop‑ups, landing pages and other promotional assets.
• Maintain website promotional placements ensuring accuracy, relevance and compliance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights, challenges and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in marketing with measurable results.
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and translate data insights into actionable tactics.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environments.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience with performance dashboards and reporting tools.
