Senior Associate, Learning & Development

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Learning & Development at JLL, you will lead the design and delivery of targeted learning experiences for Operations professionals. You will ensure high‑quality training, maintain robust L&D data, and support the growth of talent across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive in‑person learning sessions and workshops for new hires, experienced staff, and managers.
• Assess, evaluate, and track the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback to participants and leadership.
• Administer and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS) to align with organisational needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to gather requirements and develop training content.
• Collect and manage training data, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
• Provide coaching and mentorship as part of professional development initiatives.
• Continuously improve existing programs and create new learning solutions.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong facilitation and instructional‑design skills, with a solid grasp of adult‑learning principles.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs analyses and close skill gaps.
• Project‑management experience to plan and execute learning initiatives.
• Data‑analysis capability to measure training impact and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent command of English for effective communication and facilitation.
